International Cat Day is October 29 in ‘Murica, but International Cat Day in the UK is today?
So what’s “international” about it?!

Google’s drunk today and should go home
“On October 29, there is National Cat Day , which was created by to raise awareness for cat adoption and cat lovers to celebrate their favorite pet. The holiday was born in 2005 and created by Colleen Paige, the founder of National Puppy Day .”

This is our stubbin. My son calls her Blossom; my wife calls her “igualada” (“uppity”). I just call her Kit Cat. We didn’t adopt her, she adopted us. Literally; she showed up in our backyard looking through the glass door, we opened the door and she stepped in.
